Acceptance of Terms. By using https://aestheticcenterfriendswood.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Botox Injections, Dermal Fillers, Facial Treatments, Non-Surgical Face Lift provided by Amayzze Aesthetics. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Amayzze Aesthetics (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Amayzze Aesthetics may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://aestheticcenterfriendswood.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Amayzze Aesthetics makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Amayzze Aesthetics's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Amayzze Aesthetics harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
